On September 19, the signing ceremony for the donation of education award fund from Far East Holding Group was held at Xiasha campus. Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. donated 1.3 million yuan to ZUFE to establish the Far East Education Award Fund. Xu Xiaodong, deputy secretary of ZUFE's Party Committee, and Wan Jun, senior partner, director, chief financial officer of Far East Holding Group as well as ZUFE's alumnus graduated in 1996 attended the ceremony.

Xu Xiaodong welcomed Wan Jun and his delegation, and expressed gratitude to Far East Holding Group for its support for the development of ZUFE. He gave a detailed introduction on ZUFE's general information and hoped that both sides could, in virtue of the establishment of the education fund, further deepen their communication and cooperation, maximize the role of the fund, and jointly build ZUFE into a high-level university of finance and economics.

Wan Jun recalled his university life and work experience, introduced the development process of Far East Holding Group over the past 38 years, and expressed his sincerity for boosting the university's education career and the earnest hope for his younger siblings. It was expected that Far East Holding Group could cultivate more high-level talents with professional knowledge and practical abilities for the society through campus recruitment arranged by ZUFE.

During the ceremony, Xu Xiaodong accepted the donation check on behalf of the university and awarded the donation certificate and commemorative cup to Wan Jun. Zhang Hongying, director of the Office of Social Cooperation, signed a donation agreement with Wan Jun.

Heads of the Office of Party School, Office of Student Affairs, Office of Planning and Finance, Office of Social Cooperation, and School of Accounting participated in the above-mentioned event.
