Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Education Department released its Provincial First-Class Course List for 2020. 68 courses from ZUFE, including Trust and Leasing, were recognized as top courses of Zhejiang Province for 2020. Among them, 13 are online top-notch courses, 26 offline, 21 online and offline combined, and three first-class social practice courses. In addition, four courses were listed as international first-class offline courses, and one as a first-class provincial online-offline blended course.

In recent years, ZUFE, relying on a number of first-class construction sites for undergraduate majors, has deeply explored high-quality curriculum resources, implemented the "Gold Courses" Program, which requires advanced training, innovation, and challenge, or the three curriculum construction criteria for building a "national-provincial-university" first-class undergraduate curriculum construction system. Currently, ZUFE has seven national and 146 provincial first-class undergraduate courses. The number of first-class undergraduate courses at or above the provincial level compares very favorably to other universities all over the province.

In the near future, ZUFE will further improve its courses to continuously track, monitor, and comprehensively evaluate the actual effect these courses exert on the curriculum, by driving the reform of classroom teaching throughout ZUFE and implementing the curriculum in an all-round way.
