To delve deeper into the lives, studies and careers of young teachers, a salon titled "Dialogue with President: Charting the Course of Academic Advancement" was held at the Cultural Center on January 16.
Wei Jiang, Vice Secretary of the university's Party Committee and president (leading executive work), drawing upon his extensive academic and research experience, engaged in candid discussions with a group of young faculty members, exploring innovative teaching methods and interdisciplinary research approaches.
