On April 23, Embarking Again-School of Arts’2024 Undergraduate Graduation Exhibition opened its doors at the Puhua Grand Theatre. Wang Kuiquan, a member of ZUFE Party Committee and Vice President, graced the opening ceremony with his presence. The heads of relevant offices, members of the leadership team of the School of Arts, and representatives of faculties and students participated in the celebration.
During the ceremony, Wang Kuiquan, speaking on behalf of the university, extended heartfelt congratulations on the successful commencement of the exhibition and formally declared the 2024 "Embarking Again" Graduation Exhibition open.
Under the theme of "Embarking Again", the School of Arts' 2024 Undergraduate Graduation Exhibition presented a captivating showcase of creativity, innovation, and cultural exploration. Featuring works from 195 undergraduates across four majors – Visual Communication Design, Environmental Design, Photography, and Fine Arts – the exhibition delved into the heart of Zhejiang province's artistic landscape.
Design proposals envisioned innovative solutions for economic development, while photographs captured the unique essence of local culture. Experimental curatorial projects pushed the boundaries of social aesthetic education. These projects honored and inherited traditional culture while integrating modern concepts, embodying both cultural communication and innovation in market integration.
Guided by the "New Finance and Economics Strategy" blueprint, we remain committed to our student-centric approach, with a renewed focus on establishing cutting-edge disciplinary structures, educational frameworks that foster creativity, innovation, and social responsibility. We will proactively advance art education in Zhejiang, promoting social and cultural prosperity through the power of "art creation" and "art design", which will drive economic development.
