On June 16, the 9th China High-End Forum for Strategic Management Scholars was convened at Xiasha Campus of ZUFE. Distinguished experts and scholars, including Professor Wei Jiang, deputy secretary of ZUFE’s Party Committee and vice president (leading executive work) of ZUFE, Li Yuan, professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Cai Li, professor of Jilin University, Zhang Yuli, professor of Nankai University, and Xu Erming, professor of Renmin University of China, were invited to the forum.

In his concluding remarks at the forum, Wei Jiang expressed heartfelt gratitude to the attending experts and scholars on behalf of ZUFE. He noted that this forum had invited scholars from different career stages and various subfields of strategic management to engage in frank and sincere sharing and discussions, resulting in a wealth of perspectives that hold significant meaning for advancing the business administration discipline, particularly in the area of strategic management. Drawing on the research topics discussed at the forum, Wei elaborated on the current missions and responsibilities of strategic management scholars and called upon everyone to work together to promote disciplinary development.

The forum has seen an animated discussion on how the strategic management discipline can take new actions in the new stage. Professors and researchers, including Cai Li, professor of Jilin University; Jing Runtian, professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Li Yuan, professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Wei Jiang, professor of ZUFE; Zhang Yuli, professor of Nankai University; Wei Hang, professor of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; Liu Yang, a researcher of Zhejiang University; Wang Song, associate professor of Zhejiang University; Chen Deqiu, professor of the University of International Business and Economics; Ouyang Taohua, professor of Beihang University; Xie En, professor of Tongji University; Jia Ming, professor of Northwestern Polytechnical University; Luo Xingwu, professor of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics; Xu Erming, professor of Renmin University of China; Zhang Chenjian, associate professor of the University of Bath; Dai Weiqi, professor of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. This forum was organized by the School of Management, Zhejiang University, and co-hosted by the “Strategic Academic Team for Digital Intelligence Organizations and Strategy” from Zhejiang University’s School of Management and the “Academic Team for Digital Innovation and Management” ZUFE’s School of Management.
