Recently, a delegation from ZUFE went to the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) to take over a co-training program for PhD students exchange, and attended the co-supervisor training hosted by UNNC.

The two sides made friendly communications on management mechanism, communication platform, work division of supervisors, and ways to improve students' research capabilities and international vision, etc. Both parties showed their goals to improve talents cultivation and expand research cooperation of PhD students in Business, Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as Science and Engineering.

In the co-supervisor training, the Graduate School of UNNC introduced the possible challenges that the co-supervisors might encounter and put forward corresponding requirements in terms of the doctoral training process, doctoral curriculum, dissertation requirements, qualification examinations and mentor duties.

Through this exchange, the two sides of the co-training program further enhanced their understanding, clarified and improved the co-training methods, all of which plays a positive role in future cooperation.
