Three Teachers Selected Into the List of "2021 Highly Cited Chinese Researchers"

Recently, Elsevier, a global information analysis company, officially released the list of “2021 Highly Cited Chinese Researchers." In our university, Prof. Peng Yi of the School of Public Management, and Prof. Wang Zhoujing and A.P Yang Shuiqing of the School of Information Management and Artificial Intelligence were on the list. ZUFE boasted the 150th place among universities with regard to the number of 2021 Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.

Based on Scopus, a global citation and index databases, the list utilizes the methods developed by Shanghai Ranking Consultancy to analyze the research performance of Chinese researchers. Covering 84 level-1 disciplines in the Ministry of Education, the list picked 4701 scholars as “2021 highly Cited Chinese Researchers” in a total of 523 universities, enterprises, and research institutions. To be chosen for the list means that the citation number of the thesis by the scholar ranks top in its field in China.
