Recently, CGMA Global Business Challenge 2022 Mainland China Final came to an end in Chongqing. In the competition, the team composed of Zang Wenyue, Huang Yiqing, Cao Yin's, and Xiang Surui from the School of Accounting won second place (Advisors: Lv Yan, Shi Kaixia, Liu Fang, Ye Ruohui).

The competition was so spectacular that it attracted more than 200,000 people from home and abroad to watch online. It was divided into two parts: Case Analysis and Q & A from the judges. In the first part, the players were required to analyze the business cases fully in English and put forward suggestions on risk assessment, financing tool selection, stakeholder management, and project management. In the second part, the judges asked professional questions according to the contents of the player's presentation, which reflected strong professionalism and practicality.

The CGMA Global Business Challenge 2022, initiated by the International Association of Accounting Professionals, is an international business competition for undergraduates from all over the world. The case study of CGMA is as difficult as CIMA. The purpose of the CGMA Global Business Challenge is to identify and cultivate outstanding business characteristics of undergraduates, help them integrate the knowledge they have learned, expand their competitiveness in the workplace, and discover more potential business leaders for future social development.
