Recently, the final of the 2022 “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” (Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press·English Test for International Communication) National English Public Speaking Contest was held online. Wang Ruiyao, a Grade 2019 student of the School of Foreign Languages of ZUFE, made it all the way to third place (National Special prize), setting a record for ZUFE’s best performance in this contest.

The “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” English Public Speaking/Writing/Reading Contest is currently the largest and most authoritative English contest in China, with the highest number of participants. The contest aims to broaden students’ international horizons, improve their comprehensive qualities, and enhance their foreign language competence in all respects .

Furthermore, it is worth noting that students of ZUFE achieved fine results in all categories of the 2022 “FLTRP·ETIC Cup” Zhejiang English Public Speaking/Writing/Reading Contest, with a total of four first prizes, two second prizes, and four third prizes awarded.
