Recently, according to the Notice on Approving 510 Postdoctoral Scientific Research Stations published by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China and National Postdoctoral Programs Committee, ZUFE's Statistics Program has successfully secured approval to establish such a station.

Up until now, ZUFE has boasted two postdoctoral research stations in Applied Economics and Statistics.

Applying for a postdoctoral research station represents a significant initiative for ZUFE to pursue high-quality development. As a provincial first-class A-level discipline, Statistics at ZUFE has secured approval for its postdoctoral research station, laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-level and innovative postdoctoral research talent.

In the next phase, the university will earnestly implement the national management system and relevant requirements for postdoctoral work, strengthening the establishment of the newly launched postdoctoral research station. It aims to elevate the standards of postdoctoral work and harness the full potential of the station in advancing high-level disciplines, cultivating top-tier talent, and producing groundbreaking research outcomes. This endeavor will support the strong development of youth talent for building ZUFE into a high-level university.
