Vice Chancellor of Auckland University of Technology Visits ZUFE

On October 26, Guy Littlefair, Vice Chancellor of Auckland University of Technology (AUT) and He Yilin, Director of the International Cooperation Department, visited ZUFE. Vice President Li Zhanrong met with the visiting guests.

Li Zhanrong extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He pointed out that the Master of Applied Finance program organized jointly by the two universities is ZUFE's first Sino-foreign joint graduate degree program. Since its launch, the quality of talent cultivation has been continuously improved, achieving good social benefits. The two universities have deepened their friendship through pragmatic cooperation. He also expected that both sides could expand collaboration in new fields such as intelligent accounting and international law.

Guy Littlefair stated that AUT highly values exchanges and cooperation with Chinese universities. He also expressed their willingness to expand cooperation with our university in various fields such as joint talent cultivation, teacher visits, and academic research.

Following the meeting, the delegation from AUT had an in-depth exchange with the heads of the China Academy of Financial Research, the School of Accounting, and the Law School on cooperation in areas such as sustainable finance, accounting, law, and social work.

During the visit, the delegation also visited the China Academy of Finance to discuss with the faculty and students the training program, curriculum, teaching model, and other aspects of the Master of Applied Finance cooperation project. They also reached cooperation intentions on jointly organizing international conferences and strengthening scientific research exchanges.

Heads of the International Department, the China Academy of Financial Research, the School of Accounting, and the Law School attended the meeting.
