On March 6, the signing ceremony was held for the strategic cooperation agreement between ZUFE and Zhejiang Talent Development Group Co. Ltd. to develop the Human Resource Industry Institute jointly.

Cheng Shuang, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZUFE, and Qi Yan, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of the Group, attended the ceremony.

Cheng Shuang said that ZUFE is fully embracing its "New Finance and Economics" strategy, and such cooperation is indeed opportune. He hopes that both sides can leverage their strengths and jointly explore a new mode of university-enterprise cooperation to foster innovative, multi-faceted, and high-caliber human resource management talent, providing talent for advancing the high-quality development of the human resource service industry both provincially and nationally.

Qi Yan hopes that both sides can uphold the collaborative principle of "complementary strengths and shared resources for win-win development" to jointly promote the comprehensive cooperation between the Group and ZUFE and foster a synergistic development between majors and industries, ultimately achieving a win-win collaboration between the university and enterprise.

At the ceremony, the head of the Human Resource Industry Institute provided an update on the institute's development status.

The heads of the School of Management, School of Accounting, and School of Finance engaged in profound discussions regarding university-enterprise cooperation.

It is reported that ZUFE and the Group will further deepen the "dual-subject" education model: jointly establishing internship and training bases, developing talent cultivation programs and reconstructing the curriculum system. Moreover, they will also implement mentor-based talent cultivation in human resource management and further expand cooperation channels to achieve mutual empowerment and integrated development between industry and education. It not only marks a new step in the development of ZUFE's Human Resource Industry Institute, but also helps to foster a favorable landscape where schools and enterprises can collaboratively share resources, leverage complementary strengths, and jointly cultivate talent.

The heads of the Office of Academic Affairs, the Office of Social Cooperation, the Office of Human Resources, the School of Management, the School of Accounting and the School of Finance all participated in the event.
