The CGMA Global Business Challenge 2024 North Asia Final was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, on June 2. The Super Brain team won the third place and the Best AI Application Award in the China Mainland Finals. The team is composed of students of the School of Accounting: Chen Lele and Huang Jinghan from Grade 2021 CIMA program, Chen Linhan from Class 3, Grade 2022 ACCA program, and Ji Xinyu Class 7, Grade 2022 Accounting program, with advisors Lyu Yan, Shi Kaixia, Liu Fang, and Ye Ruohui.

The cases in this competition closely mimic real business scenarios. Contestants were required to comprehensively apply core management accounting knowledge, including financial statement analysis, human resource management, quality management, big data technology application, and product profitability analysis, to provide practical solutions to enterprise operational dilemmas. At the competition venue, a jury composed of industry authorities and business leaders observed the performance of each team throughout the process. After each team’s presentation, they posed insightful and professional questions, provided comments, and scored. The entire competition was a thrilling spectacle, filled with one exciting moment after another.

On this stage, elite college students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and other regions engage in case analysis around management accounting, demonstrating excellent business thinking, logical ability, communication skills, and comprehensive problem-solving capabilities, which fully showcased the demeanor of future business leaders.
