On January 14, Dong Jincai, member of the CPC Committee of ZUFE and Vice President, met with a delegation from Times Higher Education (THE) during their visit to the university. Heads from the Office of Development and Planning, Office of Academic Development, and International Office also attended the meeting.

Li Hui, Senior Director for Greater China at Times Higher Education gave a detailed introduction to the operational mechanisms and indicator connotations of the THE World University Rankings. She also presented a range of international platform resources, including the Global Higher Education Summit, think tank development initiatives, and digital education assessment programs.

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as data cooperation and sharing, world university summits, and higher education media.
