On May 28, as cicada chirps filled the air and farewell melodies drifted across campus, ZUFE’s 2025 graduation concert, themed “Youth Lasts Beyond Summer”, kicked off warmly at the West Gymnasium. Aimed at enriching campus culture, strengthening the bonds among students and inspiring their pursuit of dreams, the event drew over 1,000 students. With music as the medium and stage lighting as their companion, the students gathered to envision their promising futures.

Centered on “Hope” and “Chasing Dreams”, the concert recalled campus moments via songs, dances and creative interactive activities. The heartfelt performances by the Pop Music Studio of the College Student Art Troupe brought back every bit of the four years of college life, while the school street dance squad interpreted the infinite possibilities of youth with dynamic moves. From the youthful innocence of “Small-Town Girl” to the reluctant goodbye in “Half a Line of Farewell”, and from “Dandelion’s Promise” to “Where Did U Go”, each melody painted a picture of the graduates’ longing for the future. When the tune of “If We Had Never Met” echoed across the venue, the entire audience joined in the chorus, expressing their best wishes for all graduates. On the stage, lights intertwined with songs; in the audience, phone flashes shimmered like a galaxy of stars. Bursts of applause lifted the atmosphere to a climax. Within those familiar melodies lay gratitude for days gone by and passionate anticipation for journeys yet to unfold.

With culture as a sail, the graduates set forth toward new horizons. This graduation concert not only enriched campus culture, but also deepened the bond between the students and fully demonstrated the high-spirited and upward-looking spirit of ZUFE students. May the Class of 2025 take this as a prologue, hold fast to their dreams, forge ahead steadily and shine bright in the wider world.
