On July 18, ZUFE partnered with the Zhejiang Tailong Charity Foundation to launch the “Tailong Star” International Exchange & Growth Program. A delegation of 25 undergraduates departed for Hanyang University in the Republic of Korea to embark on a one-month overseas exchange program.

During the Korea-based exchange of the “Tailong Star” Program, participants will immerse themselves in Hanyang University’s academic atmosphere and experience local interactive teaching methods and seminar-style classes firsthand. They will conduct field research on Korea’s business landscape and explore cutting-edge development trends in the digital economy and financial technology. The group will also visit iconic local historical and cultural sites to witness the harmonious integration of traditional Hanok dwellings and modern metropolitan scenery, broadening their horizons and fostering a global mindset amid diverse cultural experiences.

To guarantee a smooth study tour, ZUFE completed comprehensive preparatory arrangements. Based on voluntary applications, outstanding grantee students were selected through a fair, open and impartial screening process covering academic performance, personal conduct and comprehensive quality. ZUFE pooled the special fund from the “Tailong Star” project with school matching funds to fully cover all program expenses and eliminate participants’ financial concerns. A full set of pre-departure training was arranged alongside logistical work including program briefing, visa application and insurance purchase to provide solid pre-departure support for all students.

This overseas exchange marks an active exploration of ZUFE’s “Six Micro-Dimensions Integration” Comprehensive Competency Enhancement Project. Going forward, ZUFE will keep expanding students’ global vision and enhancing their cross-cultural competence, injecting fresh momentum into international talent cultivation.
