On January 5, ZUFE held a video conference with Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, to discuss cooperation between the two universities.
The two sides respectively introduced the basic overview of their universities, superior majors and international cooperation, and hoped to strengthen cooperation in the fields of economics, management, data science and big data technology, artificial intelligence, etc., and carry out teacher exchanges, student exchanges, and cooperative education.
At the meeting, the two sides also conducted in-depth discussions on joint training of talents and summer school.
Founded in 1962, Ruhr-Universität Bochum currently has more than 43,000 students and more than 5,800 faculty members. The overall ranking is 201st in the world (Times), the academic discipline of statistics is ranked 50th in the world (Shanghai Ranking), and the academic discipline of business administration is ranked 101st-151st in the world (Shanghai Ranking).
