Yingyang School of Financial Technology and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (BCM) Zhejiang Branch held a signing ceremony for the Talent Collaborative Training Base Agreement on December 14. Prior to the ceremony, Zhong Xiaomin, Deputy Secretary of ZUFE’s Party Committee and President of ZUFE, met with Yang Hongying, President and Party Secretary of the BCM Zhejiang Branch, and her colleagues. The two presidents had an in-depth exchange on the cultivation of fintech talents, as well as the strategic collaboration between the two sides. Xu Xiaodong, Member of ZUFE’s Party Committee and Vice President of ZUFE also attended the signing ceremony.

Xu noted that ZUFE had always prioritized the integration of interdisciplinary studies and the cultivation of compound talent. He hoped that the two sides could further deepen collaboration in the future, continuously explore new models of school-enterprise collaboration, promote the training of new financial and economic talent, and develop the best high-end fintech talent for Zhejiang and the country.

Yang Hongying said that talent that the bank needed should be with a wide range of knowledge. Compound talents who possessed both financial and technological expertise were the most sought-after by them. She expressed her hopes for further collaboration with the Yingyang School to grasp social focuses and jointly promote the development of the banking industry.

A signing and licensing ceremony was held afterwards. On behalf of both sides, Zhang Wenyu, Dean of the Yingyang School, and Xu Lidan, General Manager of Human Resources Department of the BCM Zhejiang Branch, signed the agreement. Xu Xiaodong presented the plaque to both sides.

Heads of the relevant departments of BCM Zhejiang Branch, the Office of Social Cooperation of ZUFE, as well as the head, faculty members, and student representatives of Yingyang School were in attendance.
