Recently, China Salary Network released the “2024 National University Graduate Salary Index Ranking TOP100”. According to the list, ZUFE ranks 57th among national universities, 9th excluding universities and disciplines included in the “double world-class project”, and 1st among universities in Zhejiang Province.

The salary index for Chinese university graduates is derived from basic data of graduates who have been employed for one year from various universities across the country. The data involves over 200 industry sub-sectors, more than 300 city regions, over 500,000 enterprises, and more than 1 million graduates. The index is calculated through a statistical model that considers four elements: salary, employment rate, talent growth rate, and salary growth rate, each with corresponding weights. The graduate salary index not only reflects the employment status and income changes of university graduates but also indicates the corporate demand for talent and the development of graduates over the past year. It serves as a reference for objectively analyzing the employment trends of university graduates, the status of corporate human resource allocation, and industry development trends.
ZUFE is vigorously implementing the “New Finance and Economics” strategy and striving to build a distinctive first-class university of finance and economics. In the past year, ZUFE has organized four large-scale comprehensive recruitment fairs, attracting more than 1,000 employers in total. Over 60% of these employers are belong to financial, securities, and accounting sectors, with discipline matching rates exceeding 90%, offering over 28,000 positions. Through the signature activity “Talent and Career Festival”, with the service goal of “personalization, refinement, and informatization”, ZUFE has built a whole-process career guidance service system based on “six ones” career awakening and “four ones” career practice. This approach has yielded outstanding results, reflected in graduates’ employment competitiveness, academic progression quality, salary, and employer satisfaction, all of which have drawn widespread acclaim from society.
