ZUFE’s Graduate Salaries Rank 56th Nationwide and 1st Among Provincial Universities

Recently, China Salary Network released the “2025 National University Graduate Salary Index Ranking TOP200”. According to the list, ZUFE ranks 56th among national universities, and 1st among universities in Zhejiang Province.

“2025 National University Graduate Salary Ranking TOP200 is derived from data of graduates who have been employed for one year from various universities across the country, including total annual income such as base salary, bonuses and allowances. The data involves over 200 industry sub-sectors, more than 300 city regions, over 500,000 enterprises, and more than 1 million graduates.

Currently, ZUFE is fully implementing the “New Finance and Economics” strategy, striving to build a distinctive first-class university of finance and economics, and continuously promoting high-level further education and high-quality employment. For the Class of 2024 undergraduates, the initial graduate destination fulfillment rate reached 94.22%, and the overall further education rate stood at 37.08%. A large number of graduates were admitted to prestigious universities both at home and abroad, including Peking University and Columbia University. The proportion of high-quality further education in “Double First-Class” universities and the world’s top 100 universities accounted for 54.20% of total further education, marking a historic high. The comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of graduates have significantly improved. For the Class of 2024 undergraduates, the civil service recruitment rate reached 6.68%, and the proportion of graduates entering Fortune Global 500 and Chinas Top 500 enterprises reached 8.03%.
