International Conference on Internet Finance 2019 (ICIF 2019) was held in Hangzhou on August 24. Jinchang Li, Secretary of the Party Committee of ZUFE, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 130 experts and scholars from all over the world discussed the theme of "Great Challenges — Internet Finance and Risks" in a multi-level and multi-faceted manner.
Mr. Li made a brief introduction about the basic situation of ZUFE in his speech. He pointed out that Internet finance has brought new ideas and dynamics to the operation of the financial industry and had a significant impact on society, industry and daily life. In addition, the conference would surely play an important role in guiding and promoting the development of related disciplines, major construction and talent training of ZUFE.
Professor Brian Lucey of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and Professor Wai-Ki Ching of the University of Hong Kong gave keynote speeches on the topics of "A Scientometric Analysis of the Online Lending Literature" and "Modeling Credit Default" respectively.
Experts and scholars at the conference focused on "Internet financial risk management", "Internet financial platform credit rating", "Internet financial wealth management and product innovation", "digital currency", and other in-depth discussions and exchanges.
The success of this conference promoted the exchanges and cooperation of the latest achievements in Internet financial risk management between domestic and foreign experts and scholars.
