On March 4, Professor Haruo Ishii of Toyo University, Japan, was appointed as an adjunct professor of ZUFE. Professor Junhao Wang, the provincial senior expert and dean of China Institute of Regulation Research of ZUFE, attended the appointment ceremony and issued a letter of appointment for Professor Haruo Ishii.

The two parties exchanged views on matters of cooperation in discipline development, scientific research, enterprises-universities-researches integration and talent cultivation, which laid a good foundation for further strategic cooperation.

After the appointment ceremony, Professor Haruo Ishii gave a special report on the topic "Research on Methods and Policies for Strengthening the Operation and Management of the Water Supply Industry in Japan" to the faculty and students of ZUFE.
